I’ve been going here for a year and LOVE it!! It’s amazing, the community the coaches everything. It’s very welcoming to newcomers and people of all levels of their fitness journey. My go to coach is Erika but they’re all fantastic! Erika has been super encouraging and helpful and an all around inspiration ?? highly recommend!!

I’ve been at Lolo since they opened 4 1/2 years ago. I’ve had personal training, semi-privates and do classes 3-4 times per week. Coaches are AMAZING as is the whole gym community! At almost 62 years of age I’m in the best shape of my life and having a great time working out! CrossFit is for anyone who wants to build strength and stamina for daily living and longevity. This is such a welcoming place to get fit and healthy. Absolutely love it here!

Looking for a new challenge/ form of fitness training and welcoming environment I joined a good friend who was a member for a drop-in workout at LoLo a few months ago and was instantly impressed. The facility is bright with a wide variety of equipment. The staff/coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and offer options for adapting the workouts to whatever skill level you are at and there is a visible positive rapport between coaches and members. I've been a member for several months now and have made noticeable improvement in my skill development - I look forward to continuing my journey at Lolo and encourage anyone who might be curious to check it out.

Love CrossFit Lolo. Very welcoming and a great community. Special shout out to Coach Isaiah and his amazing training and rehab knowledge. My low back has been tight for years but in a couple weeks of Isaiah assessing what was happening and some creative exercises, it’s no longer bothering me.

Ive been doing CrossFit classes at Lolo for just over six months and absolutely love the facility and atmosphere. The coaches are extremely helpful and encouraging, I always leave with a smile on my face!
